As a student, you will need to use several different software programs to complete your class assignments. You can access the programs you need on any College computer.

Microsoft Office can also be accessed on your own devices for free - all you need is internet access!

Log into the MySJRState Portal in the upper-left hand corner of the college's homepage, SJRState.edu/. Then click the login button.

After logging into the portal, you’ll need to navigate to the “Student Employee-Student Hub tile. Click 365 Email. 

After logging into the Student E-mail system, click the Grid Icon in the upper-left hand corner of your Outlook page:

The list that opens will allow you to access the Online/O365 versions of your Microsoft Office suite. These can be used online without installation. If you need to install these products to your machine, you will need to follow the next section's instructions.

Office365: Install MSOffice Products

To install these applications on your computer, click the Grid icon in the top-left of your student e-mail or currently open Office 365 page, then click on “More apps”

On the following page, click the “Install Office” link in the upper-right corner, then “Microsoft 365 apps”. The page that follows will provide instructions from Microsoft for installing the downloaded item on your device. Sign in with your xxxx@Vikings.SJRState.edu
